The Quantum Membership Services Policy

When you join the School as a Member – we guarantee to do our best to provide you with an excellent service. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with the quality of any of the services associated with being a Member, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)845 130 8515 or write to us at info@thequantumschool.com and we’ll do our utmost to put things right for you.

And of course, if for any reason we’re unable to satisfy your request, then we’ll refund you that month’s subscription and if you so wish, we’ll cease your membership immediately.

The Quantum Membership Cancellation Policy

Because we absolutely believe that you get great value for money when you're a member of The Quantum Business School, we're sure that you won't want to leave. But if - for any reason - you do wish to terminate your membership, then you are of course free to do so, with immediate effect.

In order to help us with our admin, we would really appreciate it if you'd let us know that if you intend cancelling your membership.
