What happens if you're already insured with Towergate:

What happens in the event of a claim:

The test of any insurance policy comes in the event of a claim. If you're unfortunate enough to need to make a claim, the Towergate team will guide you through the process, advising you step-by-step what to do, and what not to do, along the way.
